Hey, I’m Jeff, founder of Muscle Mastery and creator of Ignite. I’ve been where you are.

Frustrated. Stuck. Unsure of what really works.

Yes. We refuse to use cookie-cutter programming in any way, shape, or form. We determine the right fit for you based on a detailed questionnaire that helps us configure a program that will work for the level you're at, the time you have available, and your ultimate goal.

What if I don't want to build muscle?

Then you came to wrong place. Muscle IS THE KEY to total transformation. You will NEVER build MORE muscle than you want. With our expertly-written programs, you can rest-assured that your goals will be met and exceeded...IF you do the work.

Will this program help me lose fat?

Absolutely yes. The combination of our evidence-based training program, and science-backed nutrition philosophy, you WILL lose fat.

Am I locked into a contract?

How much time do I need to dedicate to the program?

My workouts are designed to fit into your busy life, typically taking 30-40 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week. Nutrition guidance is simple to follow and won’t require hours of meal prep. We make it easy to integrate Ignite into your routine without sacrificing results

Do I need to work out in a gym?

In order to maximize your results, I recommend going to a well-equipped gym. However, if you have enough equipment at home, you may be able to complete all the workouts and get great results.

How do I stay accountable?

Accountability is a cornerstone of Ignite. You’ll receive direct support from my coaches and I, access to a community of like-minded individuals, and tools like progress tracking to keep you motivated every step of the way.

What if I'm over 50? Will this still work for me?
